Xanthan gum is an anionic high-molecular heteropolysaccharide gum in the form of sodium salt, which is obtained through fermentation of Xanthomonas microorganisms, followed by refining, drying, and crushing. This product is further processed and refined from xanthan gum, which solves the problem that xanthan gum is easy to agglomerate and difficult to disperse in water without affecting its original performance. When this product is dissolved in water, it can be dispersed evenly, and it will start to thicken after a few minutes.
