HOW TO USE
● This product is a compound of different materials, stratification or sedimentation may appear after a long time storage,which is normal phenomenon, it is suggested that stir it before using, which will not affect this defoamer's working performance.
● Add this defoamer in stock solution via metering pump into white water chest, water collecting tank.
In paper coat producing, add this defoamer directly into the preparation tank.
● No dry strength agent environment 80-150ppm
Under dry strength agent environment 50-250ppm
The optimal adding point, adding amount, adding method should be based on a series of lab and field test result. Proper dosage level of this defoamer is sufficient for inhibiting and breaking the foam effectively, don't use it excessively.
PACKAGE AND STORAGE
The product is available in 25kg, 200kg plastic drum or IBC tank (1000kg). When stored between 10 and 30ºC in the original unopened containers, the shelf life is 6 months from the date of manufacture.
